A dynamic, visionary leader, you'll be overseeing a complex conservation agenda across one of our regions or countries, masterminding strategies which breathe life into every last square inch of the special places we look after. The hub through which all conservation resources and expertise flow, you'll make sure individual needs of these places are met, within the wider context of our central strategy and your regional or country plan.
Using your consultancy skills, you'll facilitate services as diverse as repairing a roof or restoring a painting to championing biodiversity or coordinating an archaeological dig, always with diplomacy and commerciality in mind, visitor enjoyment at heart and conservation in your soul. You'll nurture the unique spirit of every place – and person – in your care, consistently supporting property managers to meet ambitious Conservation Performance Indicators (CPIs).
